Ø 测量参数:叶绿素荧光比率——发射荧光在735nm/700nm的比值(CFR),或相对叶绿素含量mg· m-2;
Ø 测量面积:直径3mm的圆,外径4mm,但对直径小于3mm的样品也可准确可靠的测量;
Ø 分辨率:比值0.01或1 mg· m-2;
Ø 重复性:依赖于信号强度,对信号强度低的样品,建议使用多点测量的平均值,对信号强度高的样品,差异通常为±0.03或更低;。
Ø 噪声:<±0.02;
Ø 光源:LED 460 nm蓝光二极管,半峰宽15 nm;
Ø 探头:两个固态高感传感器,提供滤光片。同时提供两个波长探头(700nm~710nm,730nm~740nm);
